La Terrasse was the restaurant of the Hôtel Juana in Juan-les-Pins, France, where Alain Ducasse served as chef and earned his first two Michelin stars in 1984. It is chiefly known as an early milestone in Ducasse’s career and in the history of the Hôtel Juana.
