The Merchant House was a Michelin-starred restaurant in Ludlow, Shropshire, run by chef Shaun Hill and known for its small, market-led kitchen and highly acclaimed tasting menus. It closed in 2005 after Hill could not find a buyer, and the building later reverted to residential use.
