Spring was a critically acclaimed Chicago restaurant in Wicker Park/Bucktown at 2039 N. Damen Avenue, open from 2001 until it closed in 2011. It was founded by chef Shawn McClain and was known for contemporary New American cuisine with strong Asian influences, especially seafood-driven dishes.
