Roscoff was a fine-dining restaurant in Belfast, Northern Ireland, at 7 Ascot House on Shaftesbury Square. Opened in 1984 by chef Paul Rankin, it became the first restaurant in Northern Ireland to win a Michelin star and held one from 1991 to 1998.
