Providores and Tapa Room was a Marylebone, London restaurant opened in 2001 by New Zealand chef Peter Gordon and Michael McGrath. It was known for New Zealand and Pacific Rim fusion cuisine, small plates and brunch, and for promoting Kiwi wines, including an all-New Zealand wine list.
