Poole'side Pies was a downtown Raleigh pizzeria at 428 S McDowell St, next to Poole’s Diner, owned by chef Ashley Christensen. It was known for Neapolitan-style pizza and house specialties such as the Pickle Juice Caesar and Sausage alla Vodka pies before closing in December 2023.
