Paxia is a Mexican restaurant in Mexico City’s Centro Histórico, on the rooftop terrace of Hotel Umbral. It was founded in 2005 by chef Daniel Ovadía and is known for contemporary Mexican cuisine that combines modern techniques with traditional Mexican flavors.
