Momofuku Ko was a fine-dining restaurant in New York City’s East Village, opened by chef David Chang in 2008 and known for its cook-centric counter service and changing tasting menu. It earned two Michelin stars and was led by chef Sean Gray in its later years before closing in November 2023.
