Minton’s Playhouse is a historic jazz club and bar in Harlem, New York City, located at 210 West 118th Street in the Cecil Hotel building. Founded in 1938 by saxophonist Henry Minton, it is best known as a birthplace of bebop and a landmark venue for live jazz, food, and drinks.
