Marmite was a French restaurant in Seattle’s Chophouse Row on Capitol Hill, opened in late 2016 and closed in 2023. It was known for seasonal, locally sourced soups and bistro dishes, and was included in Bon Appétit’s 2017 list of the 50 best new restaurants in the United States.
