Mamnoon was a Lebanese/Levantine restaurant on Capitol Hill in Seattle, opened in 2012 by Racha and Wassef Haroun. It was known for modernized Syrian, Lebanese, and Persian dishes, and for earning Seattle Met’s Restaurant of the Year in 2013.
