Librije’s Zusje was a fine-dining restaurant in the Waldorf Astoria Amsterdam on Herengracht, created by Jonnie and Thérèse Boer’s De Librije team and led by chef Sidney Schutte. It held two Michelin stars and later became Spectrum before the concept was renamed and reworked in 2019.
