La Maison de la Nature Goh was a French-Japanese omakase restaurant in Nishinakasu, Fukuoka, founded by chef Takeshi “Goh” Fukuyama. It was known for Kyushu-focused ingredients and acclaim including a Michelin star in Fukuoka before it closed in October 2022 after about 20 years.
