Hiroki88@Infusion was a now-closed restaurant at 16A Dempsey Road in Singapore, opened in 2009 by chef Hiroki Yoshitake. It was a French-Japanese bistronomy known for Yoshitake’s refined, understated cooking and won the Singapore Restaurant Association’s Best New Concept Award 2010.
