Cacao was a Venezuelan restaurant in Coral Gables, Miami, run by chef Edgar Leal and pastry chef Mariana Montero. It was known for elevated versions of Venezuelan dishes and desserts, and closed in 2010 after becoming a well-regarded Miami institution.
