Agrikol was a Haitian restaurant and bar in Montreal’s Gay Village, opened in 2016 and known for its Caribbean-inspired design, rum-focused cocktails, and chef Paul Toussaint’s cuisine. It was co-owned by Arcade Fire members Win Butler and Régine Chassagne and later closed permanently in 2020.
